In Teil zwei unserer »Castle Week« verschlug es uns letztes Wochenende auf die Wachsenburg – na ja, fast.Zur Erklärung vorweg: Unser Mensch feierte in seiner alten Heimat ein Gelage von extraordinärem Ausmaß, und nachdem die Festlichkeiten geendigt und der Heimweg anstand, stand plötzlich das Auto mitten im Nirgendwo, denn, so hieß es später, sollte die nahegelegene Burg nach 35 Jahren mal wieder besichtigt werden.Dass wir dazu einen steilen Berg hinaufmussten, verschwieg der Herr, weil ein steiler Aufstieg nun einmal zu einer Burg gehörte wie Porzellan zu Elefanten und deshalb keine Erwähnung wert wäre. Von den 35°C sagte er aber auch nichts. 😵🇬🇧In part two of our “Castle Week” we ended up at the Wachsenburg last weekend – well, almost.But lemme explain: Our human celebrated a feast of extraordinary dimensions in his old homeland, and after the festivities ended and the way home was to go, the car suddenly stood in the middle of nowhere, because, as he said, the nearby castle should be visited after 35 years.Well, he didn't mention we had to climb a steep mountain to do so, because a steep climb is as much a part of a castle as porcelain is part of an elephant and therefore not worth mentioning. Heute machen wir mal etwas anderes. Obwohl- eigentlich machen wir alles wie immer. Auch heute – und die Bilder werden es sicherlich gleich erweisen – wird irgendein Plüschnäschen in der Welt umherstrolchen und sich zum Zwecke der Berichterstattung trefflich in Szene setzen lassen.Aber heute machen wir doch etwas anderes: Wir zelebrieren eine kleine »Burgen-Woche«. In den nächsten fünf, sechs Tagen werden wir uns ausschließlich mit, vor, neben, in oder auf archaischen Gebäuden zeigen.Den Anfang macht ein noch unbekanntes Plüschgesicht – es ist jener Gepard, der seit vielen, vielen Jahren im Auto mitfährt und- Was? Ihr wisst nicht, was ein Auto ist? Das sind diese felllosen Tiere mit den runden Beinen. Und in einem solchen fährt der Gepard immer mit. Aber darum soll es gar nicht gehen. Viel mehr geht es um die Hochzeit, auf die unser Mensch neulich eingeladen wurde. Zwar heiratete er nicht selbst, aber weil es bei solchen Festlichkeiten oft ausgelassen zugeht, beschloss er, uns zu Hause zu lassen. Gleichwohl hielt er es für ziemlich, ein paar Pfotos von der rustikalen »Kemenate« in Reinstädt zu machen, und »Brummi« half dabei.🇬🇧Today we're doing something different: we're celebrating a little »Castle Week«. In the next five to six days we will show ourselves with, in front of, next to, in or on archaic buildings.Let's start with a sunknown plush - it's the cheetah that's been in the car for many, many years and- What? Don't know what a car is? I'm talking about these furless animals with round legs. Well, in one of these, the cheetah always rides along. But that's not what it should be about.It's much more about the wedding our human attended at. Noo, he didn't get married himself, but because celebrations like these are often boisterous, he decided to leave us at home. Und dazu kann ich nur sagen: Das kommt nicht von allein; das braucht viel Hingabe.So ist es zum Beispiel nötig, mindestens 23 Stunden am Tag zu schlafen oder wenigstens herumzuliegen. Freilich ist es damit nicht getan, nein man muss sich auch mal herumdrehen und weiterschlafen, damit alle Seiten gleichmäßig schön werden.
