Im Urlaub zu sein ist wie- wie erkläre ich es richtig? Ich glaube, als ich gestern von einem Stück Treibholz sprach, war ich schon recht nahe an der Wahrheit. Ja, im Urlaub zu sein ist wie - Also wer richtig Urlauben will, der muss wie ein Stück Treibgut im Strom des Lebens sein. Er darf nicht versuchen, dagegen anzuschwimmen - es ist ohnehin nutzlos. Denn Treibgut weiß nicht, wohin es gelangen wird, lässt sich treiben, flutscht mal schneller dahin, dreht sich manchmal im Kreis order nur um sich selbst, hängt mal fest, landet auch mal am Ufer an. Und wann immer es festhängt, sollte es die günstige Gelegenheit nutzen, sich umblicken, zu verweilen, zu genießen.In etwa so kam ich zu meinem 11-Uhr-Aperol, stets begleitet von den begierlichen Blicken anderer Treibhölzer, als wollten sie sagen: "Eigentlich hat er ja recht."Auf euch, meine Lieben! I think, I was pretty close to the truth when I talked about a piece of driftwood yesterday. Yes, being on vacation is like- If you want to have real vacation, you have to be like a piece of flotsam in the stream of life. Driftwood won't try to swim upstream - it's useless anyway. No, flotsam doesn't know where it's going to end up, it lets itself drift, sometimes it slides along faster, sometimes it spins in circles, sometimes it gets stuck or lands on a bonny bank.
