👻 Well, it started with these furless monkeys. Do you know these bipeds? They call themselves humans... Oh, I just wanted to live by the side of Asali and my daughter; this is all I ever wanted. But these humans made me cursing myself.
😼 But how could they make you live in a bottle? Ain't you stronger than hundreds of them?
👻 I am, but what could someone like me do against humans' guile? They came in herdes, when they heard of beasts roaming the woods. As I was on the hunt, they overwhelmed my beautiful Asali and little Fela, ready to do what they usually do with beasts. They drew their swords and - oh, what else could I do? I revealed that I had magical powers. And I would put myself in their service if they would let my family alive. Those humans seemed to agree - one of'em had a lamp with him; I should crawl in there and appear whenever they - my masters - called me. That was the price for my family's life. And just as I consented and became the genie, they killed my daughter and wife, these so called humans...
😾 Those assholes. They call themselves humans and yet they are monsters. I'm so, so sorry, Gene. I wish we could help you somehow.
