...and then it was time. Oblivious, I tried to polish my claws and smoothed the last strand of fur before Niara, Mneka, Swede and I would head over to #HoneyGroveTeaPartyTuesday. Suddenly the kids rushed in, talking wildly at the same time, and without understanding a word, I let myself be escorted outside, because everything was prepared....and suddenly we are strolling in the candle-decorated garden under the half moon high above and my Niara is sitting - framed in feathers and palm leaves, wrapped in the garment of the leopardess of the last @masked.singer.germany season - ready to make up an unforgettable evening for us. I don't know how the three of them managed to hide all of this from me, but none of it matters now that Niara's singing began. She sings »I'll never love again« for us - once performed so wonderfully by our no less wonderful winner of hearts, @cassandra_steen. There was never a more beautiful performance.Hurry, sit down. Nichtsahnend bemühte ich mich um den letzten Schliff der Krallen und glättete die letzte Strähne im Fell, ehe Niara, Mneka, Swede und ich uns zum #HoneyGroveTeaPartyTuesday aufmachten. Plötzlich eilten die Kinder herbei, sprachen wild durcheinander, und ohne ein Wort vom Gerede zu verstehen, ließ ich mich nach Draußen geleiten, denn alles wäre vorbereitet....und plötzlich wandeln wir im kerzengeschmückten Garten unter dem halben Mond hoch oben, und meine Niara sitzt – in Federn und Palmenblatt eingefasst, gehüllt ins Gewand der Leopardin der letzten @masked.singer.germany Staffel – bereit, uns einen unvergesslichen Abend zu bereiten. Ich weiß nicht, wie es die Drei vor mir verheimlichen konnten, aber nichts davon ist noch von Bedeutung, nun da Niaras Gesang anhob. »I'll never love again« singt sie für uns – einst so wunderbar vorgetragen von der nicht minder wunderbaren Siegerin der Herzen, @cassandra_steen.Auf, auf, setzt euch dazu.
