Zwischen Regen, Hagel, Wind und Dreckwetter dieser Tage verirrte sich auch mancher Sonnenstrahl zu uns – mal ein paar nur und auch mal ein paar mehr. Als eines Nachmittags genug Sonne auf uns herniedertropfte, waren wir schließlich mürbegehauen: Wir mussten an den See, dringend, denn so machte man das bei Schönwetter. Und so zogen die Cubbies mitsamt Flamingos aus, um Badespaß zu haben, mit mir als Aufpasser, natürlich.

Between the rain, hail, wind, and miserable weather of these days, a few rays of sunshine also found their way to us—sometimes just a few, sometimes a few more. When enough sun trickled down on us that day, finally we got to that one very thought: We had to go to the lake, urgently, because that’s what you do in good weather. So me and the cubbies, along with their flamingos went out to have some summer fun.
